Pulse jet control device is the main control equipment in the injection spray dust cleaning system of the pulse jet dust collector. Its output signals control the electromagnetic pulse valve, which spray and inject compressed air to clear dust from the filter elements in sequence to keep the resistance of the dust collectors within the set range and thus guarantee the processing ability and the dust collecting efficiency.
The duration of an electrical signal output sent by the controller is called pulse width. The time interval between two signals sent by the controller is called pulse interval. The time needed for the electrical signal output sent by the controller to complete a cycle is called pulse cycle.
The controller output pulse interval and pulse width are set according to the dust cleaning requirement of the dust collector to ensure that the system resistance remains within the set range.
