Foundry Dust Collector
Metal casting is for the molten metal forced to form a mold cavity and form the shape under high pressure. Most of the die casting is limited to low melting point, especially non-ferrous metal like zinc, copper, aluminum, magnesium, lead, tin and tin alloy. Once the mold cavity is filled with molten metal, coolant (usually water) flow in the mould cooling the artifacts .Due to the mould high temperature, some mold lubricant evaporates and creates fog and smoke.
