  • Horizontal cartridge collectors use gravity and downward airflow to achieve self-clean and reduce system running cost. They filter airborne contaminants from industrial processes varying from welding and metal working to chemical and pharmaceutical processing. They can be used in almost every manufacturing segment to efficiently control pollution levels. They are designed to collect just about any small to medium sized airborne particulate with high efficiency.

  • Highest filter efficiency and lowest energy consumption. These dust collectors have highest filter efficiency of +99.99% for micron size dusts.
  • Longest service time of filter cartridges. Usage with our cartridge filters, the filter cartridge offer one year or longer service time.
  • Easy maintenance. The filter cartridges can be changed out outside the dust collectors without any tool. The operators have lowest possibility of contacting the dusts. This ensures safe operation. Operators are willing to maintain the dust collector.
  • Enhanced cleaning system reduces the pressure drop and pulses all cartridges in column simultaneously to prevent dusts from accumulating on lower-placed cartridges
  • Compact design saves precious working space in plant. They are module designed and easy for transportation and installation.
